How much does a website cost?
The price of a website can vary as it is highly dependent on the size and complexity of the project. Every website includes an initial set-up cost (our projects usually range between $1k-5k) as well as a small ongoing monthly hosting and maintenance fee. Feel free to book in a free initial consultation call so we can get a better understanding into what type of website you may be looking for.
How long does it take to design a website?
Although the timeline of a website depends heavily on the size of project, on average most of our websites are completed within 4-6 weeks. If you are pressed for an earlier deadline, please feel free to let us know and we will see what we can do.
Wont I get double bookings?
Nope! All our websites are built using reputable, advanced booking engines that sync in real time to your third-party booking calendars using an iCal syncing code. If you opt for a property management setup, your website will be linked to your listings through an API connection (a much more advanced connection).
Whats the difference between the inbuilt booking engine and a PMS system?
The inbuilt booking engine is an advanced website plugin that is able to sync to your Airbnb/VRBO listings and take payments aswell as bookings directly from your website. Although this is a fantastic option, the booking engine is limited in areas such as dynamic pricing, messaging, managing teams & overall automation.
A PMS (Property Management Software) is an external company who specializes in providing an All-In-One management solution for your rental property. It can be seen as a central hub that you use to control every aspect of your rental from, all while automatically syncing to all platforms that your property is listed. Just some of these benefits are:

What platform do you use to design and build your websites?
All our websites are built using WordPress. WordPress is the most popular content management system in the world (over 60% of all websites use WordPress). This allows our websites to link to the most reputable plugins and third party brands on the internet, all while being highly customizable and future proof.
I don't know much about websites, is this a problem?
Nope! Its absolutely no issue if websites aren't your strong suit. We provide all our clients with ongoing hosting, maintenance and support for a small monthly fee. Not only does this keep your website up and running, safe, and up-to-date, but this also means that whenever you have a problem, question, or just want something changed, we can sort that out for you. This ensures that you don't have to worry about any of the "technical stuff" and can focus on your favourite aspects of the business. No problem!
Can I still make edit requests or add more properties to the website at a later date?
Of course! The best part about having a custom WordPress website is that we can always make changes to it over time. All smaller edits and changes are included within your monthly package whereas any larger additions & edits may be subject to a small fee.
